    Simon is Chairman of the Brian Perry Charitable Trust. He joined the Perry Group in 1989 as Marketing Manager and after three years managing Perry Developments was appointed Chief Executive of the Perry Group.

    In late 2007, Simon took over the role as Chairman of the Perry Group, overseeing the vast and varied Group operations. Simon was also Chairman of the Perry Foundation until 2010.

    Simon enjoys all sports including golf, tennis, squash and skiing, and is married to Marlene, who is also a trustee of the Brian Perry Charitable Trust.Together they have four children

    Tiffiney Perry

    Tiffiney is an enthusiastic participant in disabled sport and represented New Zealand in wheelchair tennis at the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens. She also represented the NZ Hand Cycling team in 2010.

    Heavily involved in tennis, basketball, cycling & snow skiing, Tiffiney is the past President and a current committee member of Parafed Waikato as well as Secretary for New Zealand Wheelchair Tennis and Director of the Perry Outdoor Education Trust (POET).

    Barry joined Brian Perry Ltd in the early 1960s and together with Brian grew the Civil Engineering part of the business from a small local business into regional, national, and finally a very successful international business. 

    Barry was a foundation Trustee of the Perry Foundation in 1976 and today continues to build the legacy of community support with the Brian Perry Charitable Trust.

  • Marlene Julian

    Marlene Julian

    Trustee

    A trained secondary school teacher with 8 years teaching experience, Marlene retired from teaching when she and her husband began their family. Raising four children and engaging in voluntary work has been her focus since then. 

    Marlene’s experience includes 11 years as a School BOT member, 2 years as a Trustee of a social support agency, 15 years as a Perry Foundation Trustee, and 7 years as the Chair of POET. She is currently a member of The Lion Foundation’s Waikato / Bay of Plenty Grants Committee.
